  • What's the Friday comforter special?

    Our Friday comforter special is $37.99 for wash, dry, and fold service. You get the second comforter at half price on Fridays at all locations.

  • Can you wash king-sized comforters?

    Yes, we have 60 lb and 80 lb capacity washers specifically designed for king and queen-sized comforters. Our large dryers ensure complete, even drying and fluffing.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes, our SpyderWash system accepts EMV chip cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, loyalty cards, and coins at select locations including Highland Ave and Haughton.

  • What's your wash dry fold pricing?

    Wash, dry, fold service is $1.19 per pound on Mondays and Wednesdays at all locations. Regular pricing applies other days of the week.

  • How does the San-O3-wash work?

    San-O3-wash uses ozone in every cycle to sanitize washers and provide cleaner, brighter fabrics. It's available at Highland Ave, Haughton US-80, and Mansfield Road locations.

  • Do you guarantee one-dry results?

    Yes, we guarantee your items dry completely the first time. If not, we'll restart the dryer for free at no additional charge.

  • Can I get loyalty card bonuses?

    Yes, when you load money onto our loyalty card, you receive a 20% bonus. Plus, when you purchase 9 washes, the 10th wash is free.

  • Do you serve commercial businesses?

    Yes, we provide commercial laundry services for oil & gas, restaurants, hotels, sports teams, spas, schools, and many other business types with custom plans.

  • What's included in drop-off service?

    Drop-off service includes pre-spotting, complete wash, bleach if needed, dryer sheets, professional folding or hanging, and protective clear plastic packaging. Hand pressing available for shirts and uniforms.

  • Are your items washed separately?

    Yes, your laundry is always washed and dried separately from other customers' items. We never mix different customers' clothing together during any service.
